This very advanced course gives you everything you need to develop towards setting the next world record in your favourite freediving discipline and adds individual training to fine-tune your skills.
Building on an already advanced level of freediving skills and -understanding, you will be introduced to specialised training techniques, training physiology and -psychology and the risks that come with potentially extreme freediving - including strategies and tactics that help minimise those risks.
We leave the fifth day of the training to work on those skills or understanding that have proven to be most limiting to your advancement in the sport. As such, we may train in the open water, pool, classroom or on the yoga mats, depending what is most beneficial for you.
In order to train as a PADI Master freediver in your course, we highly recommend having your own full set of equipment
If you want to buy your own set of equipment, you can do so at our shop, where we will be happy to help you choose the setup that works best for you. If you already know what you want, order your equipment in advance and have it waiting for you when you arrive!

Certifications available at this level are PADI Master Freediver, AIDA4, Apnea Academy Level 3 and Apnea International Level 3
